Meaning & Life Questions

for those who want to feel direction again in life and work

There are moments when your life looks right from the outside. You have work, a home, people around you. And yet you feel that something is off an emptiness, a restlessness, a quiet but persistent sense that something no longer fits.

Perhaps you recognise questions like:

  • Is this it?
  • Why do I feel this way when everything seems fine?
  • Which direction is right for me?
  • What gives my life meaning?
  • Have I lost myself somewhere along the way?

These are not strange questions. They often arise when your life changes, when your expectations no longer align with who you are, or when you feel you are standing at a crossroads. Sometimes after a loss or a significant event. Sometimes right in the middle of success. Sometimes for no apparent reason — because something in you awakens that wants to look honestly at what truly matters. It means your inner compass is trying to find its bearing again. life.

Guidance on Meaning and Life Questions

In our conversations, there is space first. Space to talk about where you feel stuck, what drains your energy, and which questions keep returning.  Everything you bring is welcome.

From a place of calm and attention, we explore together:

  • what moves you

  • what gives you energy

  • which values guide you

  • which patterns may be holding you back

  • where your longing is pointing

We slow down, clarify, and explore what is truly alive in you.

Along the way, greater clarity often begins to emerge. Not as one big answer, but as a growing sense of direction. You learn to listen to yourself, your boundaries, and your desires. That can bring a sense of peace, even when not everything is immediately clear.

How we work

We regularly pause to look at what you feel, think and long for. Sometimes we explore words, sometimes silence. We look at moments when you did experience calm, meaning or direction — because those often hold clues about what you need.

You remain in the driver's seat. I walk alongside you for a while, ask questions that help you look deeper, and offer structure where that is useful.

Together we look for small, achievable steps that fit your rhythm and your core.

Direction in life and work

Many people find that their search for meaning expresses itself in questions about work. Perhaps your current role no longer feels like a fit. Perhaps you are uncertain about a next step, or you notice that your talents are not being used to their full potential.

In that case, we explore not only what you do, but above all why you do it.

Because when work connects to your values and to what is meaningful to you, what often emerges is:

  • more energy
  • more fulfilment
  • more direction
  • more space to be yourself

We look at your career in the context of your life — as something connected to who you are and where you want to go. For more information read Career Coaching

Who is this guidance for?

This guidance is for you if you notice that your life looks right on the outside, but no longer feels quite right on the inside. If you are looking for more direction, or if you find yourself asking questions you don't yet have answers to.

Whether you are just starting out in your career, in the middle of a busy phase of life, or wanting to explore later in life what still fits you: you are welcome.

Doubt, confusion and vulnerability are not a problem. They are often the beginning of something new.
